About This Service
This is for anyone to report that they cannot phone into the college (system is down).
It is also for employees to report issues with any of the following:
- your phone,
- voicemail ,
- call queues,
- calling out
- or any other phone issue.
Please be sure to include as many details as possible; employees, please indicate if this is related to the phone in your office, a classroom, etc., and the phone extension.
