About This Service

We provide basic support for Google Workspace apps - Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc. as well as support for our groups and class email lists. We also provide access to our secure internal shared drives.

  • Oakton provides a way for employees to create and manage their own email lists through Oakton Groups; Oakton Groups can also be used to update and change access to Google Team drives.
  • Oakton has an automatically created mailing list and Google group for all credit and non-credit sections in Oakton Sections
