This is for Web Services that Information Technology can assist with, including:

  • myOakton cards and announcements
  • Pages linked from myOakton (that start with www.oakton.edu/my/)
  • Directory changes

If you are requesting a change for a public web page (www.oakton.edu) please use the Marketing and Communication form.

Portal (myOakton) Problem
Please let us know if you have issues with the myOakton portal.
Portal (myOakton) Update Request
Request for a card on myOakton to be updated, an announcement to be posted, or a new card to be be created, or training in updating pages accessed through myOakton.
Public website update
This service is provided by Marketing and Communications to request updates to the Oakton public website.
Directory Update
This is for requests to update the information on the Oakton College Directory. Please be sure to only ask for official titles.
